Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Mitchell Alan Hair Co.

Effective Date: March 1st, 2024

 

1. Cancellation Notice

Clients are required to notify Mitchell Alan Hair Co. of any appointment cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide proper cancellation notification may result in additional charges.

2. Women's Appointment Cancellation

Women who do not provide the required 24-hour cancellation notice will be charged a 20% upfront fee before arriving for their next appointment. This fee is non-refundable.

 

3. Men's Appointment Cancellation

Men who do not cancel their appointments at least 24 hours in advance will be charged a $15 fee before their next scheduled appointment. This fee is non-refundable.

4. How to Notify for Cancellation

Clients can notify Mitchell Alan Hair Co. of cancellations by:

   - Messaging us at 469-334-3338 during business hours or on Instagram @_mitchellalanhair
   - Sending an email to info@mitchellalanhair.com.

5. Exceptions

Exceptions to this cancellation policy may be made in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Mitchell Alan Hair Co. reserves the right to make such exceptions at its discretion.

 

6. Refunds

Cancellation fees are non-refundable. Clients are responsible for the upfront charges incurred due to late cancellations.

 

7. Changes to the Cancellation Policy

Mitchell Alan Hair Co. reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be posted on our website.
